Here is the disgusting black piece of tiny lettuce I was server at 6pm dinner time when things should be fully stocked. Me and my family wont be returning and I would encourage anyone to not eat here that lettuce may be moldy for all I know.

Very rude. We placed an order and asked if the heard what we said no answered and it was not on the board. Then when it was on the board. And we got to the window she was rude and said us did you ask if she was def because we do have people with hearing problems working. We told her no all we said is did you hear us. Then she said we can get you on harrassment. I plan on never going back to McDonald's in omak again. Plus they don't even have any options for vegetarian like alot of fast foods too.

5 stars cuz I was super impressed! A few nights ago I went through the drive thru with a van full of people- 4 different orders on 4 different bills, kinda complicated.. but the employees were so kind, quick and efficient! Even in the midst of the covid they provided excellent service!And I literally never do this, but they deserved to have something said about them.😊

Recently renovated and looks nice and modern. Kept extremely clean. However, the prices of the food are higher than for similar items at other restaurants and their new automated ordering system is confusing at best.

Went to get breakfast. Once we recieved our order, realized we had no pepper and asked for it. We were told that they ran out and that owner had not ordered because ppl weren't requesting pepper. Really! So when we went again we stopped at a convenience store and asked for some pepper, wanted to pay the young lady but she refused. Recommendation: bring your own pepper or better yet, head over to Burger King where breakfast sandwich 2x1.

There’s only one person who was helpful, and he was getting yelled at and bossed around the whole time. A lady in the back I’m guessing some type of manager because she had a blue shirt on just yelled orders at everyone the whole time.

Clean, modern and fresh. It's amazing that this place churns out fresh cooked food instead of letting it sit under lamps. Any specialty order is made on the spot and with the wait. Clean interior and fast turn around. Be prepared to check your order.

I got a raw hamburger the manager replaced it with a free meal and gave me my money back, other than that it's a clean restaurant and nice place.

Very clean facility. Only complaint is the narrow parking lot. Hard to navigate car I. This area and high traffic if you're trying to pull our of parking spot. Otherwise, great place and friendly staff.

The kid who basically forced me to buy a a drink because apparently not a medium fry means I want an orange fanta. If I list off my order back to you and it doesn't include an extra medium fanta then don't charge me for it. Also gave me plain burgers when I said nothing about removing anything.

The employees are friendly enough but the policies about not serving chicken after 11pm because "nobody cooked any" should change. I thought the whole point was to make the sandwiches to order anyway.Other than that everything is about what you'd expect from any other McDonald's.

Food was delicious and hot. Took a little long, but they gave me a Big Mac coin good for a free Big Mac. They have a kiosk where you can order and pay yourself and then just pick it up. I preferred to speak with a real person to get my free bogo burger from the survey on the receipt.

Went through the drive thru. It is almost impressive about how long I can take to get someone to take your order. The ordering sign is nice and big and lookie here you get a picture of what you have ordered and the price all in big letters! Two lanes makes you want to race ahead of the guy on the other side. Remember always be polite. Don't want any road rage while waiting in line. Typical payment at first window. Sometimes you just have to wait for the food part of your meal out front. But not for long. They are pretty good about bringing it out and sending you on your way. Personally I don't like the food but my daughter does so I go there for her.
